Northlyn Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Northlyn. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products (including serums) cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at mzanywaspha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at mzanywaspha@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products (unless faulty)

Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund too.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 7-10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at mzanywaspha@gmail.com 

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), in which case we'll cover the return shipping.
