Return & Refund Policy

At Northlynshop, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplements, products with broken safety seals, gift cards and clearance items cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@northlynshop.com.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
